That’s me! If you are expecting some “3rd” person to be telling you about me using words such as exceptional, amazing  or talking about my keen something, you’ve got the wrong woman.  I’ve decided that I’m going to tell you about myself.  I don’t trust that 3rd person.
Being born to German parents who met at a German nightclub in Australia left absolutely zero possibility that I could be typical.   They moved to America in search of an easier life & added me to the backseat of my mom’s orange VW Karmanghia in 1975.   From as early as age 3 I’ve been a leader, loving life and everything in it, especially my big-wheel.    What I do, meaning how I pay my electric bill, is hair.  It just so happens that I love the industry so much that I opened my own salon 4 years ago and named it p!ay hair lounge. I consider  laughing with my clients while modifying their “usual” into “something more”, play, not work.  When I am not at the salon, I am photographing and filming some creative project that has dyed my hands 4 shades of blue.  Usually clothing, jewelry, furniture or whatever else I feel needs to Brig’d Out.  I hate vegetables & LOVE cheeseburgers and find myself wondering why they are called “skinny” jeans when they make me feel fat.  I adore inspiring anyone in need of a lift & have been doing much of that since winning Shear Genius 3.  The question I’m most asked is “What are you doing now?”  Same as before, just with a few more people who know my name before I introduce myself.  In fact, not much has changed since I was my spunky, enthusiastic  3 year-old self.  I still love the color yellow and eating macaroni & cheese.   Now off I go on my big-wheel to find other adventures where I can dare others to get out of their own way, turn up their volume and BE UNPREDICTABLE!! -brig
